An LIV Accredited Specialist hailing from New Zealand, Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington.
With a broad global understanding of migration and citizenship laws, Sam has worked with clients from many diverse backgrounds, facing innumerable migration issues over 10+ years.
She delights in finding creative solutions to complex problems, and in providing empathetic and responsive service to her clients. Her particular areas of interest are character cancellation/refusal, AAT appeals (migration and general division), and corporate migration matters (including migration compliance audits for M&A, and sponsorship issues). She has a 97% success rate across all visa/appeal types since admission as a lawyer in Australia.
Outside of work, Sam loves singing to her dog, puns, and vegetating on any soft surface that can be found.
Molly originally completed her Bachelor of Graphic Design, where she made the unlikely discovery that she had a passion for all things legal. To feed this fire, she went on to study a Bachelor of Laws at La Trobe University.
Post-graduation Molly completed her practical legal training at Leo Cussen Centre of Law and commenced in the profession with WLW Migration Lawyers where she trained for three years (initially as a paralegal, paralegal team leader, and then as a migration lawyer).
During her time with WLW Migration Lawyers, Molly has experienced a wide range of legal matters and has been personally mentored by two Accredited Specialists in Migration Law. Molly has developed a particular interest in family visas and character cancellation matters.
In her spare time, Molly is a connoisseur of reality TV, she enjoys starting hobbies and never finishing them, and traveling.
